We are going back to the display home tomorrow for a final peek before we close the tender. There are just so many things to try and get right (power points locations, window depths etc etc) that we want to get the tender price right before we commit. We also need to re-measure the alfresco area as Kat is stressed about the depth - it looks too small on the plan (2.52m) and won't fit a big table/couch. I suspect she might be right, so we need to go and check.
Tip: There is no harm in checking checking checking. Now is the time to make changes, not after the bid is finalized!
